EACH CABIN HAS 1 PARKING SPACE ASSIGNED TO THEM WHICH IS INCLUDED IN THEIR NIGHTLY RATE. ANY ADDITIONAL VEHICLES WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $10.00/night per vehicle. (Additional parking availability is not guaranteed)
ATV’S/SIDE BY SIDES are not permitted on the property.

We hold reservations a year in advance. Therefore, due to the high number of guests wanting to stay here with us at The Roost Resort, the following reservation policies apply:
*All reservations will require a 50 percent NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. (We require a 30 day cancellation notice prior to your arrival OR you will be financially responsible for the entire reservation IF we are not able to fill those remaining cancelled dates.
*Any rentals of 3 or more Cabins/RV/Tent sites will require a 100 percent (Payment in full) and is NON-REFUNDABLE. (If you are a small group, this must be disclosed at time of reservation)
Please Note: Any reservation made within 30 days of your arrival will be charged in full.

WE NO LONGER HOST FAMILY REUNIONS AND/OR LARGE GROUPS. (Exceeding 12 people)
A reservation confirmation will be sent with your arrival and departure date, number in party, cabin description and your balance due.
Payment in full is due at check-in (if we only obtained a 50% deposit from you at time of booking). We accept Visa, MC, and cash. We offer a 5 percent discount to guests who pay their balance with cash as we save on credit card fees and pass that savings along to you.
